Hello and welcome. Hope you're having a fun Easter weekend.

When we fly to or from MN one of our kids or grandkids pick us up from, or takes us to, the airport, Hubby Dear always gives them a "tip" for a treat. Well, the last time our daughter drove us to the airport Hubby Dear forgot to tip her (he is getting old). I thought it would be fun to make a card indicating a ride to the airport with her "tip" in it.

Airplane and car images are from an online coloring page. I printed slightly larger images on the background piece, colored them gray to look like a shadow. The colored images are fussy cut and poppend up. Road is black cs with white lines added. "Thanks" was cut on the Silhouette. The s went on a little wonky but it started to tear when I tried to fix it so I left well enough alone.

Thanks for stopping by, please come back soon. Comments are greatly appreciated. Have a great day.

Take Care!

  1. What a fantastic Card! Your daughter will love it and know that she is appreciated! I love how you found these images and colored them so beautifully and then gave them a "shadow" which makes them look so 3D! Beautiful work! Hope you enjoy your Easter too! Greetings!

  2. Oh How Adorable! Love that they used to put up a fight and now they just accept it! Super cool card, fits perfectly! Happy Easter!!!

    1. The only fight they ever put up was to say oh no you don't need to do they held their hand out. lol

  3. How sweet! That's very nice of you to "tip" the ride! Love your clouds!
