Thank you, thank you

Today's card is a thank you to the very special couple that bought our house in 2000. We've stayed in contact over the years so I felt comfortable (especially after a glass of wine) asking if we could have our daughter's 40th birthday party at their pool. They had never met our daughter but they loved the idea....actually I think they were more excited than we were. Our daughter is still very close friends with the 4 girls she started hanging out with in 7 grade, spending a LOT of time in our pool.  It was a wonderful day for all. It was especially fun for me to hear the girls reminisce about the good times they had at our house. Our grandchildren loved seeing where their mom grew up.

All card stock is Bazzill, background paper is from Pebbles, circles are Nestabilities scalloped circles small, sentiment is from SU Warmest Regards stamp set embossed with MS ep, banner is hand cut. The yellow ep shows up much better in real life.

I'm entering this in the following challenges

Take Care!
