Dry Embossed Birthday

Hello and happy Monday blog friends. Hope you had a wonderful week end with great weather.

Today's card is for the Free For All Friday challenge CASE the DT- -Michelle Woerner at Stamp TV. Below is a photo of Michelle's card I CASEd

Instead of stamping a tree I used the Leafy Branch ef from Cuttlebug and used colored pencils to color the leaves and branches. The little bird is an image from a free on-line coloring page that I also colored with colored pencils, fussy cut and popped up. Happy Birthday stamp is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and punched with the Word Window punch and mounted on the Modern Label. The ribbon across the bottom is a small left over piece from my stash.

Thanks for stopping by, come back soon. As always, I love to hear from you with comments and/or questions.  Have a wonderful week.

Take Care!

Supplies: Crumb Cake, Not Quite Navy, white card stock; Leafy Branch ef; Nestabilities Lacy Square; colored pencils; computer image; Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp; crumb cake dye ink; sponge dauber; modern label punch;word window punch, small gold gems; ribbon

  1. Pretty card Gerry! love the ribbon!
Ah, colored pencils! I tried to color the raised image of this folder with an ink pad and just made a mess! Then tried coloring onto the folder itself and made another mess! I learned something from you today - colored pencils - thanks!
