Wedding Congratulations

Hello and welcome. Oh my gosh, it's been almost a week since I last posted. It's been one of those weeks.

My niece asked me to make a wedding card for her friends who will be getting married in November. Background paper, from Gina K, was run through the Mini Minc with silver foil. Hearts are Thinlits from Stampin Up, Champaign glasses were cut on the Silhouette Cameo from toner paper and run through the Mini Minc with silver foil. Gray frame was cut on the Silhouette Cameo.

Thinking??

Hello and welcome. Isn't it hard to believe this summer is coming to an end?

Todays card is the 'chuckle of the month for my d-o-s'. The shape, Rocker Card, was cut from the Silhouette Cameo. Image is from an online coloring page. On the coloring page the girl had crayons in her hand, but of course, I thought a glass of wine would be better so I cloned out the crayons, printed and cut out a glass of wine, used an exacto to cut around her hand so I could make it look like she's holding the glass. Sentiment, "Do you know what I'm thinking? Neither do I, scary, isn't it?" was found on Pinterest.

Baseball Birthday

Hello and welcome. After a fun but tiring trip to MN to see family it's good to be back in my craft room

Todays card is for our grandson-in-law to be. He's a big baseball fan so it was easy to come up with a card for him. Background paper is from The Paper Studio, baseball image was found on Google and sized and printed on in my Hallmark Studio card program. Image is popped with dimensionals. I wanted to add a little something to the corners so I used a Copic marker to (sort of) make "stitches" on white enamel dots.

Acetate Covered Holly

Hello and welcome. Oh yeah, Christmas in July.

Todays card is being entered in Stamp TV's MMC72018 challenge, You Bet Your Sweet Acetate. Background stamp is from Seasonal Sentiments. Top layer was stamped with Versamark, center was stamped with Jelly Bean Green that I stamped off once on scratch paper. Holly is from the Dashing stamp set, colored with Copic's. Die-namics Stitched Circles die was used for the window and frame. Red gems are from my stash.
