Birthday Sunflowers

Hello and welcome. Where did this week go????

Todays card is for our oldest granddaughter (31). How did I get to be this old already? lol  The sunflower stamp is an old one from Stampendous. I colored it with Copic markers then fussy cut and popped it up. Sentiment is Die-namics. I cut from cardstock and chip board to pop it up a little, then added Clear Wink of Stella. "birthday"  is on a little wonky but I didn't notice till I saw the photo.....grrr

Swirly Scribbles

Hello and welcome. I hope you had a good weekend.

Todays card is for our soon to be (Oct. 6) grandson-in-law. This will be entered in JUGS #411 color week challenge.....burgundy, yellow, orange. The burgundy looks brown in the photo but it is Bravo Burgundy cs. Swirls and scribbles are from Stampin Up's Swirly Scribbles Thinlits dies. Sentiment was printed on the computer, punched with the Modern Label punch then mounted to the Modern Label Movers and Shapers die (retired) from Stampin Up. Sentiment is popped up.

Twine and Sunflowers

Hello and welcome. Well, it's finally cooling down here in the desert. I'm in my craft room with the window open enjoying some nice fresh air....finally!!

Todays card is for the STV17MON37 challenge, It's About Twine. Background was run through the Leaves ef by The Paper Studio. Sunflowers are from the Autumn Wishes Stamp TV kit, sentiment is from the Sentimental Summer Stamp TV kit. Because I was having a little trouble lining up the die, I fussy cut the sunflowers.  Small sunflower is an old Marvy punch with the center punched from a hand punch. Twine from my stash. Large sunflowers are colored with Copic's, sentiment cut with Spellbinders Labels 4.

Sense of Humor

Hello and welcome. Getting into mid September already, where does the time go???

Todays card is for my niece. I love it that my kids and nieces are at the age when I can make somewhat snarky, old people cards for them....I am so nasty. Background was run through the Cuttlebug Happy Birthday ef; I'm not sure, but I think the image is from Dearie Dolls (I didn't mark where it came from, my bad); sentiment was found on Pinterest. Image is colored with Copic's and popped up.

Green Jacks

Hello and welcome. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those in Texas & Florida.

Now for  todays card. This is a CASE of one I found on Pinterest, you can see it here. To make the jack-o-lantern faces I used my Silhouette Cameo. I found eyes, noses and mouths from their build a jack-o-lantern files. It took me a couple days to get it figured out, sized and cut right....and I enjoyed every minute.
