Christmas Stocking

Hello and welcome. It's been a while since my last post. I'm still recovering from having an ablation 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Recovery after the first ablation was a breeze but this time a lot more was done so complete recovery could take 2-3 months. Okay, enough of my whining.

After perusing Pinterest this is the design I came up with to make 20 cards. Stocking was cut on the Silhouette Cameo; Cuttlebug Snowflakes ef was used for the background; stockings top, heel & toe are embossed with a Sizzix ef (sorry I don't know the name); snowflake is from a small hand punch; sentiment stamp is from an old Hero Arts set. Stocking and banner are popped up with Dimensionals.

Thankful for Family

Hello and welcome. OOPPS!! looks like this card went into the scanner a little crooked.

Todays card is for our granddaughter and her boyfriend (my last Thanksgiving card this year).  I found this piece of pp in my "old" stash but I didn't like the stark white background so I softened it using a cotton ball and Cajun Craze stamp pad. My "original" sentiment was printed on the computer and die cut with Die-namics Stitched Squares and popped with Dimensionals.

WOO HOO

Hello and welcome. Hope your Thanksgiving plans aren't too stressful for you.

Todays card is for our grandson who will be with us for Thanksgiving. I really got stuck on the Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze combo for T-day cards this year. Image is from an online coloring page, colored with Copic's, fussy cut and popped up. Sentiment was printed on the computer before dry embossing cs with the Leaves ef by The Paper Studio. Sentiment "WOO HOO...The farmer invited me for Thanksgiving. Tom wasn't the brightest turkey in the rafter." was found online.

Cooking Instructions

Hello and welcome. I hope you your week is starting out well.

Todays card is for our recently married granddaughter. All my grandchildren love my snark and know how much I love my wine. Sentiment "The most important cooking instruction on Thanksgiving....remember to add wine to the cook." , was found on Pinterest. Leaf border was found by Googling Thanksgiving border clip art. Grandma image is from an online coloring page colored with Copic markers. Here is a peek at the inside
